Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes offer a place of refuge for us women to learn to connect with our changing bodies, our babies & each other. Asana (yoga postures) prepare us physically for giving birth but most of us find that the awareness of body, mind & breath is what truly helps us when it’s time to deliver.

Our pregnancy yoga runs as a six week course.

You may drop in to occasional classes

Pregnant eomen can also attend our Wednesday Meditation, Friday Bliss-Restorative Yoga & Sunday Soundbath classes.
