5 Week Zoom Course or Drop in

Prenatal yoga classes offer a place of refuge for us women to learn to connect with our changing bodies, our babies & each other. Asana (yoga postures) prepare us physically for giving birth but most of us find that the awareness of body, mind & breath is what truly helps us when it’s time to deliver.

We meet on Mondays at 5pm for 60 minutes. You can drop in or attend the full course & get access to previous recordings of classes.

As soon as it is safe, we move back in the studio & keep the zoom course for those who prefer to stay home.
