Prenatal yoga classes offer a place of refuge for us women to learn to connect with our changing bodies, our babies & each other. Asana (yoga postures) prepare us physically for giving birth but most of us find that the awareness of body, mind & breath is what truly helps us when it’s time to deliver.

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born.  She never existed before.  The woman existed, but the mother, never. 
A mother is something absolutely new.
